Appreciate the guide – I can’t enough good things about Pando Little School if you’re anywhere near the base/airport/SE part of town and are looking for a more open-ended, investigation/project-driven approach for your pre-schooler. It’s not for everybody, but if you find the local versions of Montessori implementations lacking, this little school is worth a look-see. Our 4-year-old is thriving here and it’s amazing to sit back and watch his creativity bursting at the seams.

Not to figure out how we’re going to cover the summer. Momma’s gotta work!!

Not listed here, but we are having a very positive experience at the Child Development Center ([email protected]). Teachers are caring and affectionate, artwork and creative activities everyday, different topics each week (e.g., dinosaurs, manners, shapes…), very friendly and well organized environment. Our little girl is so happy there! Highly recommended 🙂

Oh, I made a mistake in the name of the daycare, sorry. The complete daycare name is Jeanie’s Child Development Center, and I don’t think it belongs to the City of Albuquerque Child Development Centers. In fact, it is not listed in the table they provide on their website. Here’s the website: http://www.tlcdevelopmentcenters.org/Jeanie-s.html
