I love snacks. My kids love snacks! Who doesn’t love to snack? If I’m completely honest, I’ll say that we love to snack on ice cream and Doritos. I would also not say, “No” to a bag of hot Cheetos smothered in nacho cheese. Did you know that’s a thing these days? But what really amazes me is that snacking wisely can actually help my body feel better. My kids feel better and act nicer when they snack with purpose as well.
So here are a few things I’ve learned about snacking with purpose.
First, determine the goal for the snack. Then choose a snack to fit the goal.
