There’s not much that will bring all the fall feels like walking through an open field of orange and picking out the most perfect pumpkin to take home and carve — or decorate your porch with. Check out the list below for all the patches to go pumpkin picking in the Albuquerque area.

Big Jim Farms U-Pick

Location: 1685 Montano Rd NW, Los Poblanos Open Space
Admission: Free. Pay for what you pick.
Hours: 8am-6pm daily through October

Big Jim’s offers a great way to not only pick your own pumpkins, but also your own green chile & sunflowers! Pumpkin picking begins at the end of September daily until Halloween.


McCall’s Pumpkin Patch

Location: 34 McCall Lane, Moriarty
Admission: Fridays & Opening weekend – $18.99, Saturdays & Sundays – $23.99
Hours: Fridays from 12-6pm, Saturdays & Sundays from 10am-6pm | September 24 – October 30

Pick your own pumpkin from the field, try to find your way through the 16-acre corn maze, see the farm animals, race a pedal kart, launch a pumpkin, glide down our giant slide, mine for gemstones, shop, eat, and much, much more!


Galloping Goat Pumpkin Patch

location: 3001 Civic Center Circle NE, Rio Rancho
admission: adults – $9, kids – $7
hours: 9am-6pm | September 30-October 31

Galloping Goat Pumpkin Patch is a family-friendly event open every day in October that features fall fun such as a 20’ X 40’ corn pit, harvest maze, tricycle track, playhouses, a roping arena, pumpkin bowling, duck races, mud pie kitchen, putt-putt golf, football toss, cornhole, basketball shoot, fall decor, and of course PUMPKINS! Each weekend the pumpkin patch will also have a petting zoo and a paintball target arena. Attendees can select their very own pumpkins to purchase from the on-site Pumpkin Patch with over hundreds of choices including specialty pumpkins and gourds, varying in size, color, and shape.


 

Wagner’s Farmland Experience

Fall is on at Wagner’s Farmland Experience! How about some family-owned and operated fall fun? It includes a pumpkin patch, farm animal exhibit, and a walk through stalks . . . corn stalks, that is.
